Cross line laser module 5 mW Green (520 nm) – KLMi-5-520: A compact, high-performance cross line laser module from the KLMi series that projects two perpendicular lines as a bright laser cross. The entry-level module in the series for short-distance positioning and alignment tasks. Focus and line position can be adjusted directly on the module.

The KLMi modules combine a laser and NeoDrive hybrid driver electronics with a wide voltage input in an isolated 12-mm housing—eliminating the need for an external switching power supply in the power cable, and allowing multiple modules to be operated in parallel within a single machine. The high efficiency keeps heat generation low, so clamping the module in a mount is sufficient for cooling. A 3-lens glass collimator ensures optimal beam quality and good focusability, even over long distances.
Electrical Connection
The KLMi modules are equipped with a cable kink protector and a flexible tubing. The ends are designed as open ends with wire end ferrules, allowing for easy connection to any voltage source. Numerous connectors can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, and cable lengths of up to 100 m are available. The housing is insulated and carries no potential.

The size of the projected cross is determined by the cross angle selected at the time of purchase. The following angles are available for the KLMi-5-520-1772187699:
