Invoice
A proper invoice is always included with every order. Please check your package.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs for your selected shipping method will be displayed during checkout after you have entered your shipping address. With us, you only pay the actual shipping costs. We cover packaging, handling and filling materials. You can choose between different shipping providers.
Orders in the Lasershop do not require a minimum order value and are not subject to a small-quantity surcharge. If you only need a small item quickly, you only pay the regular shipping costs, with no additional extra charges.
Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- PayPal credit card
- Invoice, only for verified customers
You can pay conveniently by PayPal, cash on delivery or bank transfer to our bank account. After completing your purchase, we will provide you with our bank details. The PayPal system also gives you the option to pay by credit card or invoice, provided that your PayPal account supports this.
If you select “PayPal invoice”, you are obliged to make the payment to PayPal. In this case, please do not transfer the payment to us.
Customers with a permanent customer account can be switched to payment by invoice by us. Please contact us for this.
We supply public authorities, universities and schools on invoice. Please create a customer account and contact us briefly; we will then switch your account to invoice payment as quickly as possible.
After creating a customer account, you will also benefit from tiered prices and quantity discounts. However, you can also place an order as a guest at any time without creating an account.

Delivery
Delivery is carried out with the best possible packaging and insurance against loss. Delivery costs are shown during checkout. We do not charge any packaging costs.
We ship most orders on the same day, provided the items are in stock. Please note that once the shipment has been handed over, we no longer have any influence on transit times or delivery delays.
