§ 1 General Provisions

We process your personal data (e.g., title, first and last name, address, email address, phone number, bank account information, credit card number) solely in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and the data protection law of the European Union (EU). The following provisions inform you not only about the purposes of processing, recipients, legal bases, and retention periods, but also about your rights and the data controller responsible for processing your data. This Privacy Policy applies only to our websites. If you are redirected to other websites via links on our pages, please check those sites for information on how they handle your data.

§ 2 Data Processing for the Performance of a Contract

(1) Purpose of Processing

The personal data you provide to us during the ordering process is required for entering into a contract with us. You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, without providing your address, we are unable to deliver the goods to you. For certain payment methods, we require the necessary payment data in order to forward it to a payment service provider commissioned by us. The data you enter during the ordering process is therefore processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. If you contact us before entering into a contract by email, via a contact form or by other means, we process the data received in this way for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures and, for example, answering your questions about our products.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

(3) Categories of Recipients

Payment service providers, shipping service providers, hosting providers, where applicable enterprise resource planning systems, and where applicable suppliers (dropshipping).

(4) Storage Period

We store the data required for contract processing until the expiry of the statutory warranty periods and, where applicable, contractual guarantee periods. Data required under commercial and tax law is retained for the periods prescribed by law, generally ten years (cf. Section 257 HGB and Section 147 AO). Data processed for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures is deleted as soon as those measures have been completed and it is apparent that no contract will be concluded.

§ 3 Further Information

Dynamic Google Fonts may be integrated. However, this does not entitle anyone to issue a warning or claim damages. As part of the ongoing technical development of our shop, we will integrate the required fonts locally.
