Laser diodes are the semiconductor light sources for every laser application. They consist of the actual diode chip in a TO housing with integrated protective window and optional monitor diode. Lasershop offers single laser diodes for research, repair and OEM builds of laser modules, line lasers, floor lasers, projectors and measurement systems.
The portfolio covers red (635 nm), green (520 nm), blue (450 nm) and infrared laser diodes in standard powers and high-power versions, each with datasheet and matching optics (collimators, mounts). MediaLas supplies tested brand-name parts and custom pre-selections on request.
