TopFloor Stopline Laser RED double line
TopFloor Red Stop Line Laser – TF-STOP: High-performance floor laser that projects a red double stop line onto industrial floors—for clearly marking stop and hold positions, even in daylight.
- Red double stop line for industrial floors
- Highly visible even in daylight
- High laser power for large mounting heights
Example Applications
- Stop line for restricting entry
- Boundary indicator for unloading positions
- Delineation of hazardous areas
- Demarcation of visitor entrances or parking bays
The compact laser unit is mounted on the ceiling or wall and projects a wide, double red laser line onto the floor. Installation is quick and easy: screw on the projection unit, plug it in, align it—and you’re done. Once the laser projector is up and running, no special maintenance is required to ensure regular 24/7 operation. Full functionality is maintained even at the lowest temperatures, as this was taken into account during the design phase. Therefore, temperature ranges from -30° C to +45° C are covered. This varies slightly depending on the model. Please refer to the technical specifications for the respective model.
Depending on the installation and setup, TopFloor lasers are classified as laser class 1 or 2 and are therefore safe for the eyes and skin. Of course, every TopFloor device comes with a detailed manual containing comprehensive safety instructions.

Mounting and Line Length
The cylindrical housing, with a diameter of 18 mm, can be easily inserted into the specially designed, adjustable mount. The line laser is clamped in place to prevent damage to the housing. At the same time, the heat generated—which is very low in these modules—is dissipated via the clamping mechanism onto a metal surface. The line position is easily adjusted by rotating the laser module in the mount. The sturdy aluminum mount can be adjusted and locked in pan and tilt positions. The mounting base also features a guide pin to ensure precise concentricity during the adjustment process.
If the laser is mounted vertically above an area, the line length is determined by the distance and the projection angle. With angled mounting, the line length can increase significantly.
Depending on the application, modules with different beam angles can be selected to produce the desired laser line length. The wider the beam angle, the longer the line.
The table shows the line length at a typical mounting height of 5 m. A greater height thus also increases the line length, but at the same time reduces the visibility of the laser line.
The following angles are typically available for our stop line lasers:
| Angle | Distance | Approx. Line Length |
| 35° | 5 m | 3.2 m |
| 45° | 5 m | 4.25 m |
| 60° | 5 m | 5.80 m |
| 70° | 5 m | 7 m |
Please note: The line length increases linearly with distance.
Other angles can also be installed as an option. This depends on the specific situation
