High-Power Line Lasers for Industrial Floor Marking

The HighPower line lasers from MediaLas are ideally suited for use as marking systems, as the bright and wide laser line provides excellent visibility on industrial floors. Laser safety is still ensured, as we calculate the maximum accessible exposure for the observer in accordance with EN 60825-1 to ensure safe operation. If the risk cannot be assessed in advance, the accessible laser power can be verified using precise measuring instruments, allowing an official risk assessment to be carried out. Classification as Laser Class 2M or even 1M is possible for almost any application.

Thanks to the reassessment of "extended sources" in EN 60825-1, even high laser output power can be completely safe when installed appropriately. In industrial manufacturing environments, walkways, hazardous areas, roller doors and other marking applications can therefore be indicated easily, cost-effectively and safely. The powerful and bright line laser units are available in Red, Green and Blue, with red or green typically being used for marking lines. Smaller pathways or boundary markings can also be effectively displayed using our compact units. In the example above, you can see a designated pallet placement position on an industrial floor.
